  1. how can kawamoto be a judge of anything, when she does not have ny concept of what the law is, she is so inept that swhe rubber stamps civil right violations, if she does’t know federal civil rights laws, I guess state law is beyond her scope of knowledge. and she is a position to destroy and fleece her percent of the take.

  5. Judges will not make appointments with litigants. They are forbidden from having ex parte communications. You should contact the Public Guardian’s office if you want to make an appointment or talk to a public guardian. This web site is not part of the County government. I suggest you go to their web site to find the phone number and address to the public guardian.

  6. Judge Callahan took our Grandchildren from us on 2013 January. Who checks on the best interest of the children once they are given back to the parent that neglects the children and does not care for the children they were taken from a loving family that gave them so much love a real family and lots of proof of that, the children were not even asked who they wanted to go live with. It’s ashamed that no one follows up after the case is over. Everyone mentions for the best interest of the children. So follow up for the best interest of the children. From someone who cares dearly for the children I have called to report and always given excuses.

  7. I strongly advise everyone to go public and write your story in detail to the President of the COok County Board – Preckwinckle or of the County where you live and the Senators and Congressmen who represent you. I would also write to the civil rights division of the Department of Justice in Washington if you have evidence of illegal conduct or orders from judges. United we stand; Divided we fall. People are so concerned about privacy that they forget that individuals rarely have the force to change things. If you write your story up in detail (make it short) and can show documents that prove it – I will be happy to scan them into the computer – then post your story even with an anonymous name – then you can use this platform to make the story public.

  9. We have not been able to see our grandchildren for 1 1/2 year because there father and his mom will not allow it. After we have raise our grandchildren all there lives along with our daughter who passed away. Our proof was never shown because our lawyers never used it. Our luck just kept getting worst n worst. We can’t afford any more attorneys. We are grandparents who want to make sure our grandchildren have healthy n safe lives. We need someone that can help us make sure our grandchildren are safe n healthy.

  10. Unfortunately, the father has absolute right to decide who his children see and the law in Illinois does not allow a grandparent to over-ride this decision even with the help of a court. For more information see: http://prosechicago.wordpress.com/2012/09/21/grandparent-visitation-rights-in-illinois-a-bit-hurdle-to-prove/

In this blog post I state: “As explained in the following it is almost impossible to obtain visitation for grandparents by court order unless the grandparents can prove, by convincing evidence that without their visitation the child’s mental, physical, or emotional health will be harmed. Therefore, the grandparents must obtain affidavits from psychologists, testimony from the child, or independent testimony from persons other than themselves that there is hard evidence that a child will be harmed without their interactions with the child. There is a presumption in the law that the parent’s decision to bar visitation from the grandparent does not harm the child.”

  11. Quinn is so corrupt, I only won one motion in 5 years, my right to visit my mom. She has allowed the attorneys of the estate and attorneys of the person to steal over $600,000.00 and sell her $550,000.00
home in Park Ridge for $390,000.00. What can I do to have Quinn thrown off the bench and disbarred.

  12. I’m glad to have learned that the callous concrete judge Carolina Quinnipiac was taken out of guardianship, room 1812, early this month. She’s unfit for any judgeship tho. She could care less about anyone except parading
Herself to gal and “elder care abuse” law firms.
I’m thinking of putting together a class action of victims, their families who suffered due to her ignorance and lack of interest in juduciAL
    Fairness.
