Reporting Corrupt Cook County Judges
First you should go to the presiding judge of the division or Courthouse. Call their office and ask how to write a complaint. Many will have forms for you to fill out (they have these at the minicipal courthouses).
Then you can look up the Judicial Inquiry Board and obtain their form on line. http://www.state.il.us/jib/documents/ComplaintForm.pdf You can fill that out also. This is an exercise in futility however. The JIB is a black hole that ignores and covers up judicial corruption.
Finally you can e-mail me at picepil@aol.com with the details and your contact info. I will keep contact info confidential if you state you wish it so. I need to contact you to confirm the information. Give me the case number so I can look up the court case, docket, and pleadings. I will post the information about the judge’s corruption on this web site.

He says he’s not the father and he’s got proof. A South Side man is back in court Thursday morning trying to convince the state to leave him alone. He’s been in and out of courts for 21 years.
Even the mother of the child says the baby’s not his. CBS2′s Dorothy Tucker takes a look at why the state won’t listen.
“This is not my kid,” said Sean Harbin — and he has the paternity tests to prove he’s not the biological father.
“I’ve had suicidal thoughts, really, about this ordeal, because it’s like every time I try to get on track this comes up,” Harbin said.
He got off track in 1991, when he was ordered to pay $70 a week for a child he initially thought he might have fathered. But when he began to have doubts, he stopped paying. Then the state garnished his wages and kept his income tax refund check — taking more than $3,000.
That’s when Sean started fighting the custody case and in 2001, he was “excluded from paternity.”
“I thought it was over. I just knew it was over,” Harbin said.
But it was far from over. The state kept sending Harbin bills and he kept going to court, filing motion after motion, trying to tell the courts he wasn’t the father. He represented himself because he couldn’t afford an attorney.
“Sean’s biggest mistake was not knowing what petition to ask for,” said an unidentified caseworker from Division of Child Support Services.
“When the genetic test came back, all he had was the results. He never had the order to end the support or vacate the order,” the caseworker said.
In 2006, court papers show that the mother of the child even came to court and admitted that Harbin wasn’t the father, so the state forgave some $40,000 in back payments.
But Harbin still needed to file the correct papers to dismiss the case and he said he found little direction from the courts.
“I’m trying to figure out what do I have to say to them, ‘what motion?'” Harbin said.
In 2009, the state suspended Harbin’s driver’s license. He found that out two months ago.
After CBS 2 made some phone calls, representatives from Child Support Services and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office said they’ll look into the Harbin’s case and take appropriate action

Judge Patrick Murphy gives visitation, followed by custody to mentally ill father who admitted to not taking his medication. Children were sexually abused over a 2 year period by father. We were in court from 2006-2011 spent over 30,000 trying to protect children. Judged threatened mother, screamed at her from bench, laughed at her and said maybe she has munchausin by proxy. Judge and public guardian scheduled court dates to benefit public guardian so she would be closer to home when court was finished. And they went to lunch together. Because they worked together before he became a judge. The judge never even read the medical records, police reports. Our family was terrorized over a 5 year stretch with decisions this judge made. FINALLY FBI and united states attorney came to court and made the judge keep him away from children. Then and only then did the judge give the kids back. Father pead guilty and federal court for child porn. My issue is our kids are safe now, but if he is making these kind of decisions, is he mentally fit to be a judge? would you want your life or the life of your loved one in his hands? what about foster kids that say they are being abused does he laugh at them too? I think his arrogant, mean, irritated attitude is cause for serious concern. How do I file a formal complaint? against the judge the public guardian?

thank you I will do that. when you say have an outline, what do you mean? from the beginning? or just the big things? He did not even order child support until 2009, never got any back child support, and only got one year of 50 dollars a week for 2 kids. yet made us jump though hoops and go through inspections, interviews repeatedly. also said the father was not mentally ill “because he knows what mentally ill people are like” while he held the medical records in his hand!

She is a vigilante and a man stands NO chance before her-ask any attorney-they all know of her and her personal agenda and bias and they ‘flock’ from her court room (their words) Its amazing that so many can talk of her perpetual abuses and yet, nobody lifts a finger to stop it
She sits on womens rights boards and is herself divorced and I’m guessing she’s paying back every man out there for her own male problems
I can only urge everyone of you to make sure you spread the word to NOT retain a single Judge in the next election-not a single one
To date there has never been a Judge NOT retained in cook county and thats by design as they know the public cant name even 2 of them and so they installed a Retain ALL button and you all push it (there is not a Retain NONE button)
Imagine a retain all button for congress

Judge Haracz and Judge Mathein are also useless trash who pervasively violate constitutional due process rights and laws. Ask for SOJ as a right immediately if you get one of them.
United we stand, divided we fall. Its time to stand up, fight back with appeals, motions for supervisory orders to the IL Supreme Court, and 1983 federal complaints for injunctions against these judges.
All of us should put our cases on the Internet in great detail and link to scanned in documents and legal pleadings. I will post other’s cases here if you give me permission, a timeline and the evidence to scan in and link to.
We have just begun to fight!

Illinois does not even have Child Visitation Guidelines!!!! President Obama was, thru letter, and emails made aware of this during a recent divorce with and under Judge Mathein! The child rep was sent to the Ethics Committee for non ethical practices(and absolved); Good luck to you! Without a national new story ie 60 minutes etc afraid you are spinning (regrettably) your wheels but wish you the best of efforts in an area of gross negligence. Thie state of Illinois is or thinks itself to be “outside constitutional”standards and there is no relief, sadly.

My complaint is about judge Elizabeth lorado Rivera and judge nancy j Katz of the domestic division. Judge Rivera and judge Katz seems to think they are above the law with their rulings when it comes to state statutes
judge Rivera did her back room dealings with attorneys who also was an advocate for domestic violence, judge Katz denied every motion filed by my attorney who would nit do anything I asked him to do, so I fired him and went pro se, I started getting a lot of evidence gathered I filed motion after motion which she denied. She has been a feminist from day one she is the same judge that said in open court ” good for her” when a male before her in court that said he beat his wife because she was a lesbian. Everything she did in life was being an advocate for women and gays as she is the first outed lesbian in the court system, and as late as nov. 6 2011 she spoke on law and women divorcing. Having her on the bench is like having the wolf watching the hen house. It got to the point in July 2011 I went to the us attorneys office to file a complaint of her being biased,my spouse has lied from the beginning starting with the police, I had gotten a police report and in the report she got caught in a lie and stated she would keep calling police till they arrest me. She had committed perjury and obstruction of justice and numerous other felony’s after I tried to file motions to protect assets. Over the weekend, going thru old papers I found an old statement proving an account that was a guardian under the wifes name and sons name, she left a paper trail and I know the judge will deny any motions I file just by her track record. I will be filing a motion to remove her from my case. I feel sorry for any males who have to go before any judges in the domestic division in cook county. My wifes antics has landed me in the hospital 12 times I. The last two years, but I vowed to take this to the end even if it kills me, which it has almost did already. There is a terrible injustice being done every day in Cook county.

The family courts are a disaster. The judges don’t know the law and don’t follow it. Decisions are made on hearsay. Due process is denied. Child reps and Guardian ad litems are allowed to practice mental health care (diagnosis and decide “treatment”) without a license. Children are harmed on a daily basis by this disaster. We need legislative hearings that are serious and not a joke. We need the child rep law to be stricken and evaluation of family situations and mental health to be done by professionals not lawyers who drag out cases to enrich themselves and who falsely villify parents in order to make more money.

I agree with you! although our judge was patrick murphey and our guardian was colleen litman it sounds exactly the same. which resulted in my grandkids getting molested for 2 years right under their noses while we were telling them all along! And the case ended when the us attorney came to court made the judge give the kids back to their mother he did NOTHING but try to protect her children! then the father plead guilty and is going to prison for 25 years to life! the judge was wrong the guardian was wrong they were manipulated by a child molestor and fell for it! who paid the price? children! judge and guardian went on with their lives like nothing happened!

Judge Patrick Murphy is the former Cook County Public Guardian and he was essentially the director of a corrupt agency that takes elder’s estates, kidnaps the elder and confines them to an inferior cheap nursing home, assigns and then rapes the estate of the elderly person, often preventing family members from having any say so. He took so many children from their parents under false pretenses and put the kids in foster care where they were often used for slaves to the foster parent and for a money making venture as they get so much per month. As a pediatrician I saw very elderly foster mothers who could barely lift the babies out of the stroller and I had to help; they could not run after the toddlers; or they used the kids as slaves to cook, clean and do everything in the house. I saw foster kids who had been raped, thrown down stairs and had their hips broken, were neglected, starved, and abused in every sort of way. Murphy is a scumbag. He even would serve as a smokescreen to cover-up corruption at DCFS by making some big pronouncement so that the media would cover his agency and be distracted every time DCFS had a disaster that needed to be in the news such as when a child died in DCFS custody. Judge Murphy routinely violates the law, especially the law about Interim orders of protection. The law states that the orders are null and void and the case is terminated 31 days after the Interim Order of Protection is issued unless prior to 31 days a motion for an order renewing this order is made and heard “for good cause”. Judge Murphy routinely issues Interim orders of protection for more than 30 days which makes his orders (due to this statutory violation) null and void. The Illinois Appellate and Illinois Supreme Courts have refused thus far to overturn his orders on appeal and action is now being sent to the U.S. Supreme Court. IF YOU HAD ANY INTERIM ORDER OF PROTECTION THAT WAS ALLOWED ILLEGALLY TO BE VALID FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS PLEASE CONTACT US – THIS MAKES ALL ORDERS BASED ON THAT ORDER OF PROTECTION AFTER IT WAS TERMINATED ON ITS FACE AT 31 DAYS VOID.

scumbag is the nicest thing I can say about patrick murphey….. we did have an order of protection to protect the kids but he threw it out because it happened on a week end and we went to police who told us to go to markham to get before a judge to get the order…..murphey said…. we went to court on the week end to try to bypass him! NO we went on the week end because my 4 year old grandson was MOLESTED on the weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!
I want to follow up on all of this I will protest, testify, provide documentation but I dont know where to start. I was told to file a complaint but that it would not do any good so not sure what I am going to do. right now I am preparing the vicim impact statement to be read at sentencing hearing hopefully in may.. this all started in 2006 for us and he took kids 07-09 in 09 father was arrested and charged (with everything we told them he was doing all along) he pled guilty in jan of 10 and is still living with his mother under house arrest and has not spent one day in jail YET!

First go to the “judicial inquiry board” on line and get their form and make a formal complaint against Murphy and send a copy to the Presiding Judge of the courthouse at Bridgeview where Murphy is, as well as to Judge Evans – rm 2600 at Daley Center (Chief Judge of Circuit Court of Cook County).
Write down what happened in a bullet point list blow by blow and send it to me and tell me if you want it published anonymously (your name and child’s name changed to Jack and Jill, etc – pseudo-names – and agree to let me write it up for a formal friend of the court brief (amicus brief) to be attached to a complaint another victim is making with the U.S. Supreme Court
I will need proof of what happened – transcripts or affidavits written by you as to what was said in court by murphy and case number so I can get docket and copy of his orders
You may want to file a Motion for Supervisory Order with Illinois Supreme Court against Murphy – or you may want to file a complaint for injunction against Murphy in the Federal District Court depending upon the details of your case – I may refer the bullet point list to one of the members of govabuse.com or Stop Illinois Corruption or JustUS4justice, or other organizations that are networking for assistance, etc.

Leida J Santiago Daley Center Court room 1608
I filed a Substitution of Judge motion against Leida J Santiago room 1608 Dlaey Center, January 18, 2011 and it was denied because as long as they are in a court room a judge can do pretty much whatever they want. Judicial discretion. I have to appeal, my only viable option after all is over for abuse of discretion. (based on a Supreme Court ruling where the judge wasn’t guilty of bias even when he told 2 ethnic defendants (whether Italian or German descent) that he had to fight every fiber in his body not to find the “heathen” defendants guilty by their heritage…”Only in America, right??
Santiago is inept as a jurist and takes her cues from one lawyer in the court room and sticks with that lawyers opinion whether she is right or wrong. Some gems from Santiago- “I don’t think you can be guilty of perjury in a divorce case” whether it being lying in responses, motions, testimony(Supreme Court Rule137 and perjury rules Section 5/1-109 notwithstanding)” If you have a problem with that take it up with the legislature”, “I don’t think a licensed lawyer would jeopardize her license by lying to me so I believe opposing counsel” (despite being presented with incontrovertible facts and transcripts to support but no evidence from the guilty party other than “her word”) and the list goes on. Oh and she also has left at least 5 or 6 motions for 137 Sanctions for lying to the Court, hiding assets, violating IMDMA 501, Court orders etc pending for over at least 16 months and up to 19 months against my wife and her counsel while allowing their motions to be heard right away. Several of those potions were scathing indictments of Donheny’s lack of looking out for the children’s best interests as the court claimed when she was appointed.
My children’s rep, Mary Doheny, in my opinion based on my 4+ years of experience, is not protecting my children at all despite being appointed by the court over 4 years ago. I believe she has misrepresented and/or blatantly lied to the Court to cover her inept handling and bias and prejudice in my wife’s favor. She has allowed my kids to live under constant threat of physical violence and has done nothing. In divorce court she tells the Court mom has found a significant other and is happy. In domestic violence court it is another story they issue a NO STALKING, NO CONTACT ORDER against my exes significant other for threats and continual harassment of me and my 17/18 year old son. The IARDC just sent me a response regarding my complaint against the child rep, Mary Doheny, saying that I wasn’t her client so I can’t complain against her just because I don’t agree with how she represented my children. She has refused to do anything against my wife at the time for anything for example: breaking several doors in my house in front of the kids including breaking down my sons bedroom door and allowing her then married boyfriend to verbally assault, physically threaten and taunt my son for the third or fourth time. Policed reports filed. Text message harassment, phone harrassment etc. All documented. My complaint was over 3 inches thick of transcripts of misrepresentations to the court. I will keep up the fight for my children. They are subjected to alienation and custodial intereference.
My legal funds have been long depleted and I have proceeded as a pro-se litigant. All that have I read here has been happening in my case as well. I also have transcripts to back up. Needless to say it was only after the attorneys left that a court reporter was employed. The attorneys would have none of it.
My child representative, on information and believe, is in the law firm of David wessel & Mary doheny.
If I can be of any help to anyone to stop this bs that we call Family Court let me know how. It must be stopped.
btw I was represented by Jeffrey Levings office, fathers rights at one time. I will never recommend them to anyone based on my opinion of what they did in my case.

If I was in your situation, I would file a complaint to the Judicial Inquiry Board (get the form from their web site), a complaint to the Attorey Regulatory and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) – again get the form from their web site, a federal 1983 complaint for injunction to order David Wessel to return ill-gotten gains (his fees – since he almost never submits the statutorily required section 506 every 90 day detailed invoices and the judges then order him paid, even though his failure to comply with statutes makes any judge’s order void if they grant his request for fees. There are several other things you might do that others are doing – perhaps keep up with the web site http://prosechicago.wordpress.com – more will be posted there over the next few months.
Sadly, your situation is the norm and judges like David Haracz, Veronica Mathein, and your judge simply abdicate their judicial authority (perhaps so they don’t have to read at home and can leave early to play golf, etc.,) and simply rubber stamp whatever the child reps tell them to do. The child reps run the courtrooms, drag out cases, charge whatever they want (the Illinois State Bar Association [ISBA] testified in Springfield a few months ago that $300 per hr was not sufficient income to pay their overhead and make a proper salary,) and villify one parent so there is an excuse to keep them on and force payment of other court appointed visitation supervisor and mental heatlh examiners and therapists. QUITE a RACKET – Aye!

they have all violated my rights under constituitional law, dissolution of marriage act, domestic violence act, as well as the persons with disabilities act.
I grew up in a very politcal family, and will fight it to the very end,it almost killed me once.
The law states DUE DILIGENCE!!!
Which is what I have been doing by Pro Se.
The supreme court with their no jury trial in domestic, leaves the WOLF guarding the HENHOUSE!!!

Thank you. I did file a 3 inch think complaint on Doheny for starters and the IARDC said they wouldn’t proceed because I wasn’t her client. I have 3 times as much information extra. Its amazing they keep forgeting that I have a court reporter there because they talk as if no one is listening/recording. I plan on calling IARDC tomorrow and setting them straight that I filed on my sons and other children’s behalf. If that doesnt work he will file the complaint.
Santiagos judicial complaint is next but I still have to prepare for my divorce trial may 17.
Thanks for this site. I just found it today and it is very helpful. The IARDC made all kinds of big claims of how they will investigate the attorney but then dropped the matter almost immediately. My guess is they think I am stupid and will take no for an answer. Not hardly.
What a mess the family court is in! The judge was told by opposing counsel and then there was nothing I could do about my exes bf harassing and threatening me because he isn’t a party in the divorce even though IMDMA 501.1 says once the divorce is filed no party, or their agents or employees can harass , intimidate, the other party. Blacks Law Dictionary defines an agent as anyone authorized to act on behalf or for another person.
Is there any judges there that you have found may still be reasonable judges? because I or my previous attorneys have appeared before Katz and Haracz and many of the above mentioned others and Johnson who supposedly is no longer in Divorce court. Some seemed ok but looks can be deceiving. My case has dragged on for over 5 years.

BTW may 17 is russian roulette for my trial. I appear before Judge LaQuietta Hardy and she will ship us off to be assigned to another judge for trial and at least 7 (inc. my 18 month old) outstanding motions. Santiago quit December 19, 2011 when I filed an Emergency Motion when my ex abducted my kids when I dropped them off at school while they were in my custody and took them across state lines to Florida. She gave me false and misleading information so I wouldn’t be able to stop her from taking them. The child’s rep told me “I don’t think she kidnapped them I think I have an email that they were going to florida.”

every thing I have done is to get everything as a matter of record not because pissed
as far as I know this is still AMERICA and we still have rights
as a citizen of this country, I demand to be heard all the way up to the US supreme court, my judge should not be in the position to decide peoples future, as she is biased
I’ve decided about two years ago that I would lose in domestic
but I plan to file an appeal and up to the supreme court if I have to
all I have been doing is setting ground work fir an appeal, a civil suit against my wife and maybe a federal injunction to stop my judge from setting at trial
To remove the judge, you have to go before the same judge you want to remove
where is the justice in that
they try to make it so hard that you give up
well they picked the wrong guy for that
they call me pitbull and you know what they say about them
my family is friends with federal judge James Zagel and former Gov James Thompson and
my brother in law was a union boss and will use them if I have to after I’ve tried the due diligence
so you see I WILL BE HEARD!!

I would talk to Jim Thompson and he will likely fix things. You will NOT get justice because most of your pleadings will be dismissed for technical violations. This is how it works. They won’t let you interrupt their money stream. The state gets about $4600 per case that they are supposed to use to keep families intact, visitation, promoting best interest of child, etc. etc, but it goes in judge’s pensions and to pay for court appointed people and the clerk’s office, etc. Jim Thompson is one of the people directly the attacks against me. A politician looked into this for me, verified it, but obviously won’t testify. I am sending you the case law for substitution of judge. I will be happy to send you copies of successful pleadings by others so you have an idea what people file. I am NOT a lawyer so I cannot give legal advice and Jim Thompson will send his people to prosecute me for practicing law without a license if I give legal advice, but we all can go to court and look up other people’s files and immitate what the lawyers write in their pleadings and subpoenas, etc. You can do this in federal court too. I can give you names of people to ask for their files to examine them as they are all public record. Jim Thompson’s Illinois set up the corrupt system of child reps, etc. The laws were passed in 1990 and he is still running the state! If you heard of Robin Hood, then you’ve heard of Jim Thompson. He’s the “bad kind” and Dart (Sheahan) is his Sheriff of Nottingham, Alvarez (Devine) is his high cardinalo executioner who violates the law and covers things up, and his inherited lordships include the Madigans, the Daleys, the Burkes, the Beavers, the Jones, etc. Get the picture?

Unless you call yourself a attorney, or charge for legal advice, you can be considered a Para legal and draw up motions etc, there is no legal requirement to be licensed
do it on a pro Bono basis

I am so sorry to hear about your case. We too were drained of every resource we had and still stand to lose our home. The judge patrick murphy and child rep colleen littman worked together previously and it was their show! They even went to lunch together after our court dates which were scheduled to accommodate the child rep. So on fridays it was like she got off early because she did not have to go back downtown and she could get home to her child early, while she lte my grandchildren get molested by their mentally ill (documented) father! Sorry I have no advice for you to make it better. But I feel your pain!

Nancy Katz did exactly the same thing to me. I had come with a 22 page motion to replace probably the worst Judge on the bench and known to all Judge Reynolds in skoie for cause
Nancy Katz refused to even hear it after she took a break (im sure called her longtime friend Judge Reynolds)
I pointed out that I had a right to be heard on this motion, even had witnesses etal
Denied. Both Judges sit or have sat on womens organizations for years.
Cook county courts are absolutely out of control
And thats not even the half of it. I was appalled after surveying over 100 people as to what they were totally in the dark about…starting with the fact they couldnt even name 2 county Judges and yet their budget is 300 MILLION a year! 1 Judge =TEN school Teachers or 8-10 Police officers-which would you rather have?

Omg… I am in a 30 year divorce now thanks to the likes of her Disonerable Judge Leida Gonsolez Santiago. I have done everything here suggested and got nowhere. The corruption is endless. My health is now in jeopardy and my new family is suffering due to Santiago’s “biased-abusive-unethical” and legally inept and uncaring (accept for her “favorites”) rulings. ANYONE with ability to help please, PLEASE help me. I will give personal contact info. I have EVERTHING documented. (JIB, ARDC) and even the JIB investigator was shocked nothing was done to the judge. Any federal people listening? I have it all documented.

BTW, asking for a Substitution of Judge in front of her is a joke unless you are one of her “pet” child advocates she promotes business for… and then why substitute? Is there no one left in this God forsaken broke County that has some semblance of integrity and honesty in a position of power that has the guts to expose this family destroying system? Unlikeyou I’m not afraid to give out my name, I had your judge on some of my rulings, among the other 13 judges since my case started in July of 2009, i have judge Katz and am in the process of filing an SOJ, I’m am Pro Se and have been for 2 years things started going the way I wanted them 2. This judge is totaly biased and no one has the guts to stand up to them if you have a lawyer. They don’t want to loose the economic rewards by making deals .
They have violated my rights, with their threats, comments. My brother in law was a union boss, my other brother in laws family was very powerful in the police and state government and personal friends of Fed. Judge James Zagel and former Gov. James Thompson, so sooner or later my story will be heard, I can’t believe how close our stories are. It almost killed me and put me in the hospital 13 times in 2 years. But my bi-polar, manic, won’t let me give up! I’m willing to talk!

I feel very sorry for the people in her courtroom and I did look up her husbands’ former Chicago Aldermanic record… he was indicted and currently working as a lobbyist for Kraft foods for the City of Chicago. After having read through this all which I only found today – and seeing the BS we have all been going through with the Chicago Family court “system”, it is obvious and extremely important that each of us stay focused and take the appropriate action. Doing something relevant is the key here and most necessary to put a ‘stop’ on the basic human rights violations being committed by some very sick people in places of power. These things shouldn’t even be in existence in this country, yet we are all part of it having been created in the first place, to some degree.
I am completely guilty of going off on tangents because of not being able to confront the insanity which was playing out in front of me. I applaud all who are actually doing something here now worthwhile, with the great information,suggestions and gravity of this website owner’s efforts and experience. And all without it being ‘legal’ counsel which unfortunately could jeopardize things for some.
Oddly enough, the whole concept and definition of what ‘legal’ is, is the very thing that we find ourselves fighting for in the first place! It’s sickened me again, reading through these recent posts, and my heart goes out to those going through some very bad times now. I’ve been there, and wishing I had better sensibilities from the start.
One thing for sure seems to be, that moving towards any resolutions here are not going to occur, by going through the channels that have gotten us into this mess in the first place. It needs to go public in a big way, possibly starting through available Federal channels. That seems to have worked, or has provided some sort of response/solution for a few of those that have posted here.
I think we can change some things if they are made known on larger scales. The Net does have it’s good side! Please keep this going and link up with other efforts that are doing the same. I’m just starting to learn how, now that I’m getting out of the funk that has been strangling me for years now thanks to a judge, a lawyer, and ad-litem, whose prosperous futures are all guaranteed, as long as we do nothing.

Judge Jeanne Reynolds should be removed from the bench. She is a hack. She appoints child advocates, child representatives, 604’s etc and then ignores all of their recommendations. Even when children become suicidal and try running away from the abusive homes she places them in, she turns her head and ignores their pleas along with those of the loving nurturing parents. We are left to try to heal wounds that are inflicted by Judge Jeanne Reynolds’ bias and ignorance.
I will be filing a Judicial complaint against this “judge” and urge anyone else interested in getting a group together to do so to please let me know via thread

If she appointed steve wasko… he’s unqualified to represent children. He is not on the child rep, gal, attorney for child list. the powers that be, have set rules, and all child reps must be approved. he’s not approved.
I have filed a judicial complaint against reynolds, in november, and they haven’t even looked at it yet.
I demanded to know how much $ Wasko kicks back to her, for the free business he’s unqualified to do.
Lock up reynolds, and all the judges!! This cotttage industry must be destroyed!! It’s more criminal than the chicago outfit, or the mafia.

I didn’t have Wasko. I had Rappaport. I would love to talk to you about your experience it your open to it. I want to get enough people together to get Reynolds off the bench. What she did in our case is being looked at as possibly unconstitutional. She ignored DCFS reports and everything. I too believe that she is getting kick backs possibly from attorneys in her court. I am going to file a complaint on her as well. She needs to be removed from the bench as soon as possible.

dr sheldon I wrote you before about our case with patrick murphy…. the father finally had his sentencing hearing and got 20 years for child porn possession and manufacturing.. we are relieved and now for the judge I down loaded the file from the judicial inquiry and am filling it out and then I need to go to the courthouse and get that form but I am not real clear on what room in the courthouse do you go to to get that. also you had asked me before for our case number it is 6-30979. In one day, 5 attorneys submitted substition of judge papers that she had to sign. She’s a one-liner…if you’re a guy and don’t feel like arguing about who gets the big screen tv or an extra night a week visitation and want to save tens of thousands of dollars of legal fees, she’s not that bad. And, you’ll be divorced pronto. She’s got a very whiney bark but very little bite. A simple shit is how best to describe her.

Everyone that finds him/her self in front of leida santiago should ask for substitute judge wright away so her court room will be empty.Because of her I am homeless for two years.She had thrown me out on the street after 8 mo of cancer treatments + after I had just gotten out of ICU and awarded everything to my husband of 18 years. All i got was my clothing and expired medicine ( not even my jewelry).She had denied every motion I have filed and had prolonged it so I will run out of time, so what can i do now ? – I have lost it all including my animals that I had lived for since i don’t have any kids. My ex had killed them and satiago still is on his side,- actually found it funny, so I have nothing else to lose – anybody any ideas ?

The system is not their to help or care for best interest of a child. They just there for a paycheck. I went to court on June 3rd, 2013. The father of the child wanted to take our daughter on vacation to Florida. I told them that it was not in the best interest of the child. Well the judge and Jeffery Leving’s lawyers and her father said it is in best interest of the child. Best interest is not fun when you can have fun at a park or a birthday party. Emotional health and her not wanting to go plus a report from the child’s psychotherapist was not looked at or into not even a consideration. The father when asked by the judge if he has a valid drivers license said yes. well her father is on probation/ parole and would be driving to the destination of their vacation. NO he does not have a drivers license and which also means not covered by car insurance. Who even knows if he lied to his probation officer or even if he allowed to leave the state. I was suppose to get to call my daughter every night to talk with her. It going on day four and still heard nothing. I told nothing but truth yet its not heard he lies under oath and people listened. I wanted the best interest of my daughter, her safety and emotional heath matters to me. when the fathers lawyer said to the judged that his belief of me (the mother) that she doesn’t want her daughter going on vacation because she is jealous that she cant afford to bring her their herself. The judge gives me a pep talk. Father says he cant afford anything yet he’s going on vacation he gets top father rights lawyers. The judge says to them don’t let me regret this. What’s this mean that she may even have doubt??? When asked by judge do you know where your daughter and the mother live his response is NO. When judge says that he and I have to meet in middle when dropping off and picking up daughter, his response is at a Mc Donalds closer to his house. I don’t mind but how did he know where the middle is if he just said he didn’t know where I lived, which he does. Another lie…I feel that the judge was not listening, or intimidated, may have been friends with the lawyer, or I don’t know but my consideration as a mother was not looked into…WHY? Why, was nothing looked into. My daughter asked me why did you not help me mommy, I told her truth I tried but court system, judge, lawyers cant help and since they are the law I have to follow, they are making me. I tried my best and its not good enough. Lawyers and court says their has to be signs, so basically what they are saying is you cant do nothing till your child is already bruised, missing, depressed, or gone. We try to prevent by following our gut, what we already know or have evidence that was not even looked at or into. Its so sad that children have to be put into a situation before they even kind of care. A child should have to be in that situation if it were to be prevented that in the end is worse for the child may it be mental or physical, lawyers say they cant help me or my daughter, the judge, and his lawyers… well just a paycheck. I may not be able to do anything now, but I can keep her in therapy and later if she ends up depressed or if ANYTHING happens relating to all that can have been prevented I will sue the system and all, for it was in their hands and their decision. For now I have blogs, the media etc. I will use all sources to spread the word on how the system is ran etc. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this. P.S. Do lies oversee truth? Does money talk? I am left with a lot of questions in why things in court that day did not include the best interest of my daughter.

who can i complain to about corruption in the boone county ky court? my ex thinks he dont have to follow any rules whatsoever and so much as tells our children so. He tells them to lie to me (that they are in a mandatory meeting) when they are indeed sitting in the car with him. I have barely seen my 14 yr old son in a year and a half and my EX informs him he dont need to see me. In fact, he tells him NOT to see me and is now working on my 16 yr old daughter and does everything in his power to get her to disobey me and disrespect me. I have no say or control over anything they do. he takes them on MY TIME, MY VACATIONS. I didnt even get to see them in the summer very much and when i did, he keeps them tied up on the phone for hours. LITERALLY!!! then comes and gets them over another excuse or another. His parents are more important than ME , their OWN MOTHER! And his dad follows a close puppy dog second. Im sick to my stomach over this!! I have been treated this way for 13 years now! He lays on the charm everywhere he goes but turns everyone against me. PLEASE help me. I was born to be a mother and this is absolute hell!
I dont deserve this! Im sick and tired of being treated like the criminal that he is…when he indeed is the one who is in contempt. PLEASE PLEASE !!! I just want time with my kids and judge bramelege wont give me the time of day. She in fact turned her face the other way when i tried to show her documents that my child was sick years ago, and also that my attorney had left me and went into practice with the opposing attorney!! (MY EXES ATTORNEY) She also knew they would send me to wrong appoints, on wrong days, and i wasnt even there the day my divorce became final because he made me a fool on PURPOSE to make me look like i was irresponsible when he indeed was the one who sent me wrong information. SHE KNEW all this and was in on it.
My ex keeps my kids occupied and tells them every thing to do. I have not seen my children all summer. My holiday is Labor Day, and he took them out of school for a whole week. He has doen this since 2009!!! I reported it but the cops act like they can do NOTHING!! Judge Bramelege acted like she didnt even get the report.
Over and over and over , he takes them Christmas and New Years the entire vacation, Easter, every break, i dont get to see them, Thanksgiving….and he justifies every thing he does. His parents act like he can do no wrong.
Im to the point im getting ready to take this to another court. i have already been approved and have also contacted Judge Judy and a couple other tv courts. BELIEVE me , Judge Bramelege doesnt want this publicity and I WILL make sure she has every single peice of evidence to prove it. 13 years of it.

I become homeless due to judge leida santiagos bias judgement.She gave everything including my personal belongings to my ex husband and threw me out of my home while I was battling cancer.She had also denied my every motion and had purposely made my divorce case run out of 2 year time limit to appeal.As a result of a death sentence I had received by this judge my health had deteriorated, my animals were killed by my ex in addition to my loosing my life’s worth.I have lost it all and so before I die I will do everything I can for justice to be served – any suggestions ?

I have suffered under Judge Santiago, and NON-child rep Mary T. Doheny as well as the thieves at Jeffrey Leving. I certainly can vouch for the sediment described earlier by Jeff Gertie. My case has gone on for 4 years, still no trial. There is more focus on extraction of our now-non-existent assets for legal fees than any concern for our children, and no-concern whatsoever for ending our divorce case. I have filed a complaint against Jeffery Leving which was denied.
Besides filing more complaints that will be ignored, what’s the least-worst way to get this divorce done?

Judge Reynolds refused to move a case out of her court that neither party even lived in the district. The respondent in the case’s lawyer donated money to her election campaign as did his sister yet nobody will help me to remove her from our case. Its appaulling…she must be removed before her reaffirming next year

I suggest that you write to the U.S. Attorney, Task Force on Government Corruption and Cook County Board President Tony Preckwinkle as well as your Senators and Congressmen, as well as the press. Look for addresses on this blog. Only bringing the light of day to this and constant complaints from hundreds of people as well as a commitment to vote NO on ALL JUDICIAL RETENTION BALLOTS, as well as against those in office will change this in the long run. PLEASE HELP spread the word to vote. Your vote and thousands of others are the only chance the public has to quash this corruption in the long run. Get everyone you know to vote.

Judge Orville Hambright gave my landlord order posession and a judgement and told sheriff to expedite eviction because I missed one court date because of an emergency, but he held order and file in his chambers until landlord paid sheriff then he released order for viewing 9 days later which was 1 day before time for me to put in a motion ran out…

Ok, I’ve had enough. I have watched my fiancé get massacred in Judge Jeanne Marie Reynold’s courtroom. She gave custody back to a mother who tried to kill herself twice in front of the children, was homeless and jobless and lied all through the court proceedings. I see others who have the same situations and something needs to be done. She also refused to let this case be moved to the Daley Center when neither parties resided in the district. Perhaps she doesn’t want Judge Dickler to know how evil she is.

The Association and President Sigrid Ingold with the assoc attorney former IL legislation , Ellis B Levin by fraudulent and corrupt actions they prevail wining a false lawsuit .
On April 4 2913 they evict me WITOUT the notice ,( my wife and my minor son 8 y/ old) out WITOUT give our rights for foodie days to get , , credit cards ,clothes etc, suffer in the car on cold whether , they take possession of my property , rent it , rent my car parking also my property , give as after one week 3 hours to take out our staff from the unit, and foreboded me to go in the building. I don’t own them a penny, I paid my assessments all the time, all of this because don’t give her a proxy to keep her in power.
She find the victims like me with money , fine you , for nothing wrong doing , then take you in the court where Levin ( ( he was fired from Marina Towers after 17 years) take care of all the things that make sure you loose the case.
That’s the way they extorts our founds , bring the building , on numerous liens , litigation.
Since then we are a homeless( new assoc .and president refuse to release my property ) as my self soon is two years as a disability person since ’99 with multiple surgery back and knees sleep In the back of my car on the streets. Got no hotel room or sleep in one bad for about 14 months, cause I can’t afford .
The new Thorndale Beach Association and his president Omar Gaffhar is FOLOW the old associations and president steps commit other fraudulent actions against me because I suit them. Illegally he rent my car spot , the unit , and breaks my storage , refuse to give my rights to have copies of book of records of financial records; ( illegal according with the IL Condo Law)all WITOUT court order, no court was aware , nor me or my attorney notice about rental – which suppose to legally send as a notice by the new assoc attorney Franz Daniel and other bunch of names on the law firm.
So where is the justice , where is my rights, where is the people to take care the injustice?
We went all over , radio, Chicago Tribune, Tv stations , all the places as human rights org, no one move one finger. ARDC Supreme Court of IL , ignore all the complaints , so will happen with Board of Inquire , and other. They are not gone screw the Judicial system ; convenient for them – for me or you or anybody else .

I inform my neighbors by news copies on each door , but President Omar Gaffhar said all they need to drop the notifications to the office. Nice , will see how long can hide a 1 million from city lien, other one a Construction lien , and other more then 4 millions on litigations .

Well very surprising , as I do have two cases against the association Thorndale Beach North Condominium and former Board President Sigrid Ingold as a Plaintiff pending in Circuit Court I believe ( my Attorney mentioned that will bring the second one together to the same judge ) but I did not know at all that I got a fresh law suit from TBN filed in Feb 4 2015 claim $ 34. 507.50 in appeal ( lost because Humbright manipulation , association attorney Levin, and my former attorney Cary Schiff which committed legal malpractice by not filing my affidavit on the Court on 2011 )I asked my attorney to take action against TBN speed up the release of property due that Assoc TBN were filed twice at appellate court and one time to their cor… .judge Judge Humbright the hope from old assoc board president and her board but their claim of $25 .0000 were rejected I did see the orders . I know it’s a court date for March 4 2015 but noting was specified to me that’s refer to above new case.
I definite like to help , I try to do all over last fall, year before as April 4 2013 my family and I we were evicted WITOUT any notice ,and we are homeless ever since . I own my condo from over 20 years paid and the Assoc and the broken judicial system they take away illegal and fraudulent from me. I will consider a complaint against Humbright , at some point down the road.
I have hard time to find a trustable attorney for legal malpractice against my former attorney Cary Schiff , as my actual attorney said he can’t take the case. Was filed ,prose and dismiss w/ out prejudice. , due that I can’t stay winter in Chicago due to my disability, when I’m in Florida.
I did find other fraud in the Circuit court Viorel Berar vs BMW of North America ( manufacturer BRICH of warranty which suppose the attorney for BMW to have their own from BMW ofN/A legal department , instead the attorney was a wife of our new assoc attorney , ( try sleep on the same bad, work in the same law office Sancez,Daniel ….) which is a conflict of interest and consider fraudulent in all 50 states.
Corruption 100% judge she was know the illegal issue , but…. I discover ,,need to rifle here in Florida.

I want to come together with all that have been done wrong by dishonorable judge David E Haracz. It make me sick to my stomach to know that someone with no concern about kids can be put in a position to make ruling. I read on the internet about this judge being unfair but now I’m living prof that everything I read about him is true. This judge work hand and hand with child rep Sharon McRoberts who is so biaz just like the judge. I’m in the process of getting these animals removed but I need the public help.
I guess I should of did a cultural marriage then I wouldn’t have some stranger making decision for me and mines. I guess the ex wife is thinking she winning but what’s sad is nobody wins because the kids is being damaged while the judge and child rep see their kids every night. I will end by saying shame on you Sharon McRobert who is the child rep and dishonorable judge David E Haracz I hate to believe your parents raised you this way but if so shame on them. File a complaint with the Judicial Inquiry Board. Put everything in your own words. Their social experiment these past few years has been a miserable failure. Administistration of perverted justice. Documenting with the JIB is the only way to bring it in the open.

can anyone help at all? Im not even sure im in the right spot but I don’t know what else to do. I have been brought to court every three months by my ex for the last 8 years …in Cook County. I have sole residential custody, I have had a lawyer but no longer can afford this. My family has pitched in over 150,000$ in lawyers bills and Gal bills . My son is now 12. His father is a sociopath who has found his perfect lawyer. I am representing myself and his lawyer is changing motions. When I ask the judge to review them i get scolded and I have had his support to me reduced to 47$ a month. I don’t know what to do? , I don’t even want money but this man will never stop. He had abused me physically when we were together…abused his ex wife and now is in Lansiing where he lives with new wife. My poor poor sweet boy has been thrown around by these people who are not looking out for him. The GAl has been paid over 12,000 by just my family and the man met with my son for 20min total. Now they have a judgement against me for the rest. I am unemployed…I live with my aging parents who help me get what my son needs. I am grasping at strings here. the judge doesn’t seem to care what is going on here. I tried to go to free legal aid but all they can do is tell me what to file but that doesn’t help when im in court. The orders have actually been scratched off by his lawyer and I had to have his attorny detained at the DaleyCenter for running away with the court order. Please please help me. Help my son. Any advice? How do I stop this? Im so lost. This doesn’t even begin to explain what we have been put through…the threats from his attorney…physically bumping me. It sounds like someone else life…like a bad lifetime movie. Please help me…..the judge won’t listen. My boy is so worth it…he’s so wonderful and kind and strong..the dad cancels…doesn’t pay…pays less…hires a lawyer…sues me for the same things over and over and over. Help

My son has been adopted in another state and my case started here in Illinois..
I won jurisdiction….
Secretly my case has been transferred, by a private motion…
In the other state my parental right are dismissed and my son was adopted..

I was taken to court by James Wilson where he established parentage and was also was granted possession because of a 400 hair follicles test…
June, 2008….
James Wilson lost possession due to neglect and he had suffered a stroke…
His brother picked up my son and took him to South Bend Indiana and filed for guardianship which was granted, I tried to vacate that guardianship, being that I had an open custody hearing in Chicago in Child support court..
I won jurisdiction, and my son was ordered back to Chicago 3 times…
Going to court in Indiana and Chicago fighting 2 brothers, must I mention I received no court order visitation either…
I was so depressed and financially exalted I moved to Springfield Illinois ..
I couldn’t keep a job so I sought out professional help..
I was diagnosed with manic depression..
I was stressed out…
I got under psychological counseling with the aid of psychiatric therapy and when I got strong enough to go back into my custody battle…
I filed for custody in March…
Take into consideration my 3 orders to return my son, and jurisdiction…
I went to court on October 20, I was handed a order my case has been transferred to South Bend Indiana..
By a privately filed motion January 26, 2012…
My son had been adopted by his aunt and uncle and they have since changed his name…
I wish someone could look into my file..
Indiana says the case was not transferred in..
They terminated my parental rights and put my son up for adoption…
What happened????
My son should have never been in Indiana anyhow…
Please assist..

I am in a case in Markham, where Judge Bonita Coleman has presided over my case since, 2010. My ex husband seems to win her over each time with false parental alienation charges in which she transferred possession of my 13 year old son to him with no evidence. On Monday, 01/09/17, she suspended my parenting time, and I was not in court. Please help me find Justice, I have followed every down graded statement, and unauthorized court documents she has written. I no longer have an attorney because I can no longer afford them. Please help me.

This judge Patrick T. Murphy ruined my life. I fought in court for custody of my children for two yrs. This was 12 yrs ago and I still cannot get over it. I did everything the judge told me and my children were ripped from me and given to dad. The reason being abandonment. That is a lie. I would not have fought for my children if it was. He was a father’s rights advocate judge. He was horrible. I finally did get custody of my one child at age 14. He wanted to live with me. I cry to this day he stole my life away from me. So much to say but, too much too write. I hope he see’s my face and has nightmares knowing how he has messed up my relationships with my children. I’m strict and dad let’s them do whatever. I watched a documentary on Divorce I see how they get paid off by attorneys and such contributions for his next election. I got screwed and still am getting screwed.

I know. Its absolutely horrific. I had proof against my ex and all he wasn’t a good parent and all was ignored. After watching the documentary called Divorce I never knew the corruption that entailed with all that happened to me. I have missed happy times with my daughter as simple as picking out a dress for a dance. She is my only daughter. Simple things. Now my children are settled with dad I will never have them live with me. My son would not visit this weekend because I make him do chores and dad don’t. Absolutely crazy. He never took care of them when I was married to him. I did it all. Sad thing I am not a drug abuser or alcoholic there was no need for my children to be taken from me. I left them with dad due to one I tried taking them and he starting literally playing tug of war with them. I figured they had been through enough I would set up home and win custody. I did do that and I was charged with abandonment, although I saw them all the time. I asked the judge I did all you told me why are you doing this to me? He told me we all make mistakes meaning him, and he never changed the verdict.

Judicial inquiry board is a farce. They do nothing. In fact im trying to figure out my next move to get help against the unethical and illegal actions of Judge Alfred Levinson.
My civil rights have been stomped on. The facts (my facts and the truth) were not even like looked at. And it gets much worse from here.
My truck and car were taken from me while judge Levinson or me in cook county jail for three days. He allowed my ex into my home while he held me In jail. It’s such a blatant display of power gone unchecked. This judge is dangerous to all.
Next step? Lisa Madigan? The Feds ? The media? Idk.

Hi my name is Jennifer Petersen. I have been in child support court for almost 15 yrs. I have been thru 4 judges. My sons dad owes 32000 in support..he has never carried medical dental or life insurance..i do. The judge i have now came from traffic court and constantly changes her orders in my sons dads favor. She has made comments that make it obvious she know him outside of the courtroom. Justice is never served. Her name is Judge Martinez. She also put an order in for half exp sincr sept 2016..as of Oct 2017 he owed 6300 which i have only seen 370 of that. He kicked my son and i out when my son was 1. He owns a demolition and excavation company along with landscaping which his fathers owns in chgo and is a millionaire..winter time he plows and salts. Nothing has ever been done to him after all this time! I had a lien on his house and he managed to change the title and Springfield said oh sorry..he has put all his assets in relatives names. Not to mention for 3 yrs he claimed my son on gis taxes using my ss#. He walks every single time..i want to get my story out to sgow how screwed up the support system is. Thats only part if whats happened. Pls let me know if u cld help my tell my story to try to get some justice for my son. He is never consistant in my sons life and top it off..not 1 b day or xmas gift ever. Pls help
