Judge Haracz sued in fed court for systemic violation law & destruction of family
Judge Haracz is a notorious domestic relations judge in Cook County, IL with a long record of family destruction and tremendous damage to children due to his relentless illegal orders that transfer family funds to his acquaintances and prolong cases so as to enrich court appointed child representatives and attorneys.
Complaints to federal and local law enforcement, chief judges, the IL Attorney General and the IL Attorney Regulatory Commission have gone unheeded. Numerous appeals to the IL Appellate Court and IL Supreme Court have been to no avail, as they are part of the problem in failing to uphold the civil rights of children and non-custodial parents, or those with shared parenting.
I believe an intensive investigation needs to be done against Judge Haracz and other family court judges and their appointed evaluators, representatives, and supervisors.
A new federal lawsuit has a good chance of correcting this issue in one case although it will never erase the damage done to the family and the children.
